Outcast Darkscryers are two Arakkoa Outcasts involved in 
[40 Daily] Assault on Skettis and [40] Missive: Assault on Skettis. They can only be seen while on the quests. The player brings freed Arakkoa Outcasts to them at the outskirts of Skettis in Spires of Arak. The freed Outcasts will follow the player for five minutes until they despawn.
