Overseer Akrath is an Adherent of Rukhmar and the leader of the Apexis Excavation that accidentally stumbled upon a large ruin filled with Apexis technology.[1] He controls the Apexis turret, using it to carve away chunks of mountain,[2] and to incinerate any Arakkoa Outcasts that try to flee.[3] He has lost a fair bit of pocket change in the cushions of the Overseer's Chair he uses to operate the turret.[2] When adventurers encounter him he has killed two Enslaved Outcasts using the turret and has a third cornered.

Abilities[]
- Chakram - The caster hurls a chakram at their opponents. Anyone caught in the chakram's path suffers Physical damage.
- Kaleidoscope - The caster hurls a series of chakrams at an enemy. When the chakram reaches the target location it splits into a series of chakrams that split and fly around again. Enemies caught in the path of these chakram suffer Physical damage.
