Owlkin Frenzy
Owlkin Frenzy (3 ranks) Balance, Tier 8 Attacks done to you while in Moonkin form have a 5/10/15% chance to cause you to go into a Frenzy, increasing your damage by 10%, cause you to be immune to pushback while casting Balance spells and restore 2% base mana every 2 sec. Lasts 10 sec.

Owlkin Frenzy was a passive specialization ability for Balance druids, available at level 48. It greatly increased the potential of the druid's Moonkin Form.

Patch changes

• Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed.
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now a level 48 Balance specialization ability (was a tier 4 Balance talent).
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): No longer restores mana. Pushback immunity restricted to Balance spells. Moved from tier 8 to tier 4.
  
• Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Now also restores 2% base mana every 2 seconds for the duration (10 seconds) in addition to its current effects.
  
• Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Added.
