The wine is part of the standard selection of alcohol available from many Pandarian vendors, including on the Wandering Isle. It is also rarely dropped by a wide variety of level 90 enemies in Pandaria and its instances, and is rarely contained in Blingtron 4000 Gift Packages. Jogu the Drunk mails a bottle when a player becomes Best Friends with him.
