Increases the stealth detection for the Felhunter's Warlock master and party members. Very useful for trying to find stealthed rogues and druids, or even night elves under the effect of [Shadowmeld]. There is no casting time, cooldown, or mana cost; Paranoia is a permanent buff to anyone in the party who stays within 30 yards of the Felhunter.
Paranoia does not assist with [Invisibility] detection, though this isn't much of an issue, as warlocks can buff friendly players with [Detect Invisibility].

Patch changes[]
- Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Paranoia and [Tainted Blood] have been replaced with [Fel Intelligence] and [Shadow Bite]. However, the voidwalker now grants Paranoia while under the effects of [Consume Shadows].
- Patch 1.5.0 (2005-06-07): No longer causes threat when cast.
- Patch 1.4.0 (2005-04-19): Increased stealth detection.
