Partially-Infused Soul Remnants are soul located in the Soulforges of Torghast, Tower of the Damned. Unlike other soul remnants, the partially-infused variety provide an option:
- Free the soul.
- Complete the binding.
The free option grants the usual Soul Remnant's Blessing, adding a stack to the untimed +1% agility/intellect/stamina buff.
The complete option grants a 3-minute +10% crit damage/healing and +10% haste buff, which stacks up to five times.
