Description[]
Although Amnennar is the primary threat here, he is far from the only. You need to slay his lieutenants as well if their hold on the Downs is to be released.
Glutton guards the beginning of the Spiral of Thorns.
Mordesh stands atop The Bone Pile inciting the Scourge into a ravenous frenzy.
Tuten'kash resides underground. In order to bring him out, you must strike the gong in The Caller's Chamber three times.

Mordresh Fire Eye is on top of a large pile of bones in The Bone Pile. 
Tuten'kash is in The Caller's Chamber.

- Belnistrasz offers two quests,
[44D] Scourge of the Downs and [45D] Extinguishing the Idol (escort). You will want to clear all the mobs between him and the entrance before starting the escort quest. - Henry Stern sells the alchemist recipe Major Troll's Blood Potion and cooking recipe
[Goldthorn Tea].
