Perenolde's End drops from Benedict, a bandit of Syndicate, in the The Defense of Strahnbrad mission in the Scourge of Lordaeron campaign in Warcraft III: Reforged.

• In the original version, Benedict dropped a Scroll of Healing.
• The item may be named after Aiden Perenolde, the infamous and disgraced former king of Alterac, who sold out the Alliance of Lordaeron to the Old Horde by allowing them to pass through his lands. The word "End" in the item may refer to his fall from grace after the Second War or the mysterious nature of his death.
