The Perenolde Tiara drops from Grel'borg the Miser in the Alterac Mountains. It is an heirloom of the Perenolde family, fitted with fine emeralds and said to have been crafted by master jewelers in Ironforge. Count Remington Ridgewell asked adventurers to retrieve it so he can exhibit it in his family museum.[1]
