After patch 2.0.3, to unlearn Dragonscale Leatherworking, Peter would tell players to first go see Narain Soothfancy in Tanaris, just north of the Steamwheedle Port. Narain pointed you to the book on the table which would teach the player either Dragonscale, Elemental or Tribal leatherworking.
