The Phase-Hunter is one of the two creatures that can be released during the first wave of the Harbinger Skyriss encounter in the Arcatraz. It is a warp stalker with a currently-unique skin (olive green with blue stripes and yellow eyes).

Warp — Phase-Hunter warps behind a player.
Phase Burst — Phase-Hunter releases a burst of energy, increasing its movement speed by 75% and attack speed by 75% for 8 sec.- Back Attack — Phase-Hunter inflicts additional Physical damage when attacking players from behind.

While tamable as of patch 4.1.0, doing so will bug the encounter and the instance may have to be reset.
