  • Phoenix Flames is no longer a Talent and is learned by all Fire Mages at level 19 (was a level 60 Fire talent). Now Phoenix Flames has a 25 second recharge time (was 30 seconds), damage increased by 15%, and no longer guarantees a critical strike.
  • Now deals reduced damage on secondary targets.
    
• Hotfix (2018-08-07): Phoenix Flames's single-target damage now correctly hits Totems and similar targets.
