The Plagueborn Slime is a slime initially created by the player character in 
[53-60] Slime, Anyone? in Maldraxxus. It accompanies the player and helps them retrieve pieces of 
[Laboratory Equipment] from the Blighted Scar during [53-60] Hazardous Waste Collection, and can finally be found at Plague Deviser Marileth's work station in the House of Plagues. It can be petted at the latter location, but doing so causes the player to be covered in green slime for 5 minutes:
