Playful Water Spirits are mischievous water spirits that spawn with Zesqua to protect him and probable to have some fun.
Abilities[]
Bubble Pop — Inflicts 2677 to 3226 Frost damage to the target and allows them to walk across water.- Water Bolt — Hurls a watery bolt at an enemy, inflicting Frost damage.
- Water Sprout — Creates a powerful spout of water beneath the target, dealing Frost damage and knocking them high into the air. Dodgeable
