Plunder Harbor is a town in eastern Tiragarde Sound under the control of the Fogsail Freebooters. The Maiden's Lament inn is located here.
During the Fourth War, the Fogsail Freebooter allowed the Honorbound Horde to use the harbor as a safe foothold in Kul Tiras after they helped Owings pull a mutiny on the previous captain Rhenik for wanting to sell the crew out to the Ashvane Trading Company.[1] The Horde's actions led to the Proudmoore fleet attacking the harbor, sending the Siren's Daughter and Valorous Rose battleships to get Derek Proudmoore's body back.
