Objectives[]
Use the [Aspect of Neptulon] on poisoned elementals of Eastern Plaguelands. Bring 12 [Discordant Bracers] and the Aspect of Neptulon to Duke Hydraxis in Azshara.
- [Discordant Bracers] (12)
- [Aspect of Neptulon] (Provided)
Description[]
A force of elemental scouts was sent to the eastern plaguelands of Lordaeron, and the disease of that place twisted and infected them. The Waterlords cannot allow this affront to our purity!
Take this vial. In it is a quantity of one aspect of Neptulon. If used on the plagued elementals it will fight the poison within their bodies and cure them! But their inner conflict will drive them into a surging madness.
Defeat the discordant surges and bring me their bracers of binding.
Progress[]
Do you have the bracers?
Completion[]
You have done well, <class>. The corrupted elementals you cured were an outrage to all bodies of water. Our strength lies in our purity and if we are to win our war with the others, we must remain strong.
Notes[]
- Use the Aspect of Neptulon on any plagued water elemented and a Discordant Surge should appear. Defeat the Surge to get the bracers.
- This quest is not sharable since it provides an item when accepting it.
- Poisoned Water is one of the two quests which are a prerequisite to the [60R] Hands of the Enemy quest chain; however, if you had obtained or completed the quest Poisoned Water (which along with [57] Stormers and Rumblers is a prerequisite to the quest chain) you may still obtain and complete Hands of the Enemy and get the Feat of Strength The Fifth Element.
