[Azeroth's Top Twenty Tunes], which requires learning 20 Music Rolls for the Garrison Jukebox.
The audiophone is sent in an in-game letter to players by the questgiver, Fix "Smallie" Biggswrench for the Alliance or Drix Bassbolter for the Horde.
