Potion of Deepholm teleports the player to Temple of Earth in Deepholm when consumed, within walking distance of the portals to Stormwind and Orgrimmar, and is usable by all players level 31 or above, regardless of Alchemy level or lack thereof.
Its low cooldown (5 minutes, and shared with all potions) and availability on the Auction House makes it a convenient way to return to a faction capital when the 
[Hearthstone] is unavailable.
