Patch changes[]

Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now only affects [Cheap Shot] and [Kidney Shot], for all rogues. Now a row 4 class talent (was a level 40 talent).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now affects Kidney Shot for Outlaw as well. Now available at level 40 (was 75).
Hotfix (2018-08-10): Now increases damage dealt to the target by 5% when engaged in combat with enemy players (was 10%).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now affects [Between the Eyes] and [Dismantle], for Outlaw, Kidney Shot for Assassination and Subtlety, and Cheap Shot for all rogues. No longer affects [Blind], [Gouge], or [Sap].
Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Damage bonus increased to 15% (was 10%).]
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Affected abilities now depends on the specialization.
