Prides of Bethekk are panthers found in Zul'Gurub. They are asleep when players engage Kilnara, but it is suggested to kill them first, as they will wake up when she reaches 50% health. They will cast Blood Frenzy which increases their attacks.

Blood Frenzy — Attack speed increased by 150%. Damage dealt increased by 50%.- Gaping Wound — The panther leaps on a random player with extended claws, inflicting 75% of a normal melee swing and causing the target to bleed for 9250 to 10750 damage every 2 seconds for 10 sec.
