Primalist Mulfort is a tauren quest giver serving the Horde in Wintergrasp. In the past, he served the Frostwolf Clan during the battle of Alterac Valley as Commander Mulfort.
Depending on which faction currently controls Wintergrasp, he can either be found at the Horde camp in the west or in the Wintergrasp Fortress.
