The Prototype Arcane Engine is located in Fizzi Tinkerbow's workshop in the Engineering Labs in Gnomeregan during   [50-70] Shadowed Halls and Dusty Cogs. It is guarded by LASS-E x12.

• Needs to be interacted with for   [50-70] Shadowed Halls and Dusty Cogs.

• Hotfix (2019-06-28): Players can again interact with the Prototype Arcane Engine during   [50-70] Shadowed Halls and Dusty Cogs.
