Downhill to the southeast is the Keeper of Chains, a 62 elite, flanked by three Chain-Bound Shades. Aggro it:
- Keeper of Chains says: A chain awaits your soul, Maw Walker!
Focus down the Chain-Bound shades before he gets to 50%.
At 50%:
- Keeper of Chains yells: I unleash you my minions! Feed upon these foolish mortals!
Defeat it:
- Keeper of Chains says: My chains... can never be... broken.
This counts as one of the four quests necessary to complete the [60B] Necrolord Assault.
