Pulsing Pumpkins spawn as a part of the Headless Horseman encounter during Hallow's End. They will turn into Pumpkin Fiends if not killed within 15 seconds.

Hotfix (2012-10-19): The Pulsing Pumpkin and Pumpkin Fiends that accompany the Headless Horseman are now appropriately powerful foes. - Patch 4.2.0 (2011-06-28): Level increased to 85.
