The Quarry.
The Quarry[63.6, 82.4] can be found just to the east of the Alliance Keep on the southeastern corner of the Isle of Conquest. The capture flag can be found on the bow of the ship docked in the quarry. It is full of cobalt.
The faction that possesses the quarry is rewarded with bonus honor, reinforcements and a +15% bonus to siege damage.
