The comparative scarcity of Sharp Claws, and limited market (Warrior and Druid only), means that it doesn't often end up on the Auction House, and is expensive when it does. The rage amounts above may seem relatively small, compared to Mana Potions, but bear in mind that a warrior will always have a maximum rage of 100. Since the warrior usually starts combat with 0 rage, and gains rage quickly and often during a fight, these potions are best kept for when a warrior absolutely needs to get a large rage-cost special attack immediately; e.g. going from a standing start in a duel, or delivering massive DPS on an enemy who absolutely has to die now!
All three potions have a 2 minute cooldown, which is shared with most other potions, including the Healing line.

Notes

The comparative scarcity of Sharp Claws, and limited market (Warrior and Druid only), means that it doesn't often end up on the Auction House, and is expensive when it does. However, these potions are another good reason for the warrior to consider Herbalism/Alchemy instead of the traditional Mining/Blacksmithing combination for professions.

For day-to-day grinding, these potions should not be necessary, as the additional cost and effort of harvesting claws and fangs makes them much more costly than mana or health potions.
