The item is looted off of Karga Rageroar, leader of the Rageroar clan following his death. It is revealed that the helm was fashioned from the scalp of Tolliver Houndstooth's dead brother, who died during an orcish attack when their ship was intercepted and later bombarded, as a trophy.
