The Raging Tempest is an air elemental boss in the Nokhud Offensive, located in the Ohn'iri Springs. It is initially unattackable and protected by a magical shield until all four Stormsurge Totems in the surrounding area have been destroyed.

Violent storm winds ravage the Ohn'ahran plains[sic]. Balakar's stormcasters have coalesced the tempest's fury into an avatar of the storm. The Raging Tempest continues to gather power, not just to devastate the battlefield but the entire Dragon Isles. Unchecked, Primalist chaos will reign on the plains.
Overview[]
The Raging Tempest brims with Uncontrollable Energy that manifests itself in the form of several lightning orbs that grant Surge of Power. Upon reaching 100 energy, The Raging Tempest channels a powerful Electrical Storm to decimate its foes.

Abilities[]
- Uncontrollable Energy — The Raging Tempest creates lightning orbs from its own uncontrollable energy. Coming into contact with a lightning orb inflicts Nature damage and grants 5% increased damage and healing for 15 sec. This effect stacks.
- Surge of Power — Any lightning orbs that return to The Raging Tempest cause it to release a Surge of Power, inflicting Nature damage to all enemies within 100 yards and increasing The Raging Tempest's damage by 5% for 1 min. This effect stacks.
- Electrical Storm — The Raging Tempest unleashes a massive Electrical Storm inflicting Nature damage every 0.5 sec to all players for 15 sec.
- Lightning Strike — A massive Lightning Strike that inflicts Nature damage to all players within 15 yards.
- Electrical Overload — Lightning Orbs that are struck by a Lightning Strike will cause an Electrical Overload, destroying the Lightning Orb and inflicting Nature damage to enemies within 10 yards.
- Energy Surge — The Raging Tempest experiences an Energy Surge increasing melee attack speed by 100% for 10 sec and causing melee attacks to inflict an additional Nature damage.
- Wind Burst — The Raging Tempest inflicts 100% of normal weapon damage as Nature damage to its current target if the player is not in melee range.
- The Raging Tempest — The Raging Tempest inflicts Nature damage every 1 sec to players standing beneath it.
