Raj Naz'jan was the emperor of Riplash when Leviroth was imprisoned. Queen Azshara herself blessed his trident so it would slay the beast should it ever escape.[1]
Notes
- Raj may be his title, similar to the titles of Rajah Haghazed and Rajis Fyashe that follow a similar scheme, being derived from Raj.
- Raj is oddly described as an Emperor while still subservient to Azshara, who is a Queen, which is a lower peerage title.
