Ranger Arepheon is a draenei located at Lunarfall in Shadowmoon Valley.
During the Burning Legion's third invasion of Azeroth, he joined the Unseen Path and is seen in Trueshot Lodge.
He was later seen in Deliverance Point on the Broken Shore.

As he was first seen in Alliance's Lunarfall and later in Azeroth, he is very likely from the Exodar, rather than coming from the alternate universe. Alternatively, he could be a ranger of the Rangari and he would be one of three (the other being Gul'dan and Dagg) to have traveled from the alternate universe to the main universe.
