Rarthein is a blood elf who wanders around Silvermoon City.
His routine involves walking from Wayfarer's Rest through the Bazaar to General Goods, talking to Sathren Azuredawn. Then, he continues to the Priest Ennas and Lyria Skystrider forum, briefly observing the crowd. Rarthein then goes back to the tavern where he proceeds to check all the barrels.
