Ravenous Consumption is a conduit for demon hunters. It drops from the Council of Blood in Castle Nathria, the P.O.S.T. Master in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market, and Halondrus in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
