This effect's bonus damage cannot exceed 30% of your maximum health and its bonus healing cannot exceed 100% of your maximum health.

Patch changes

• Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Fixed an issue causing Recompense to sometimes heal instead of dealing damage.
  
• Patch 10.0.7 (2023-03-21): Recompense can no longer critically strike.
  
• Patch 10.0.2 (2022-11-15): Now correctly caps its damage at 30% of the Paladin's maximum health and its healing at 100% of the Paladin's maximum health.
  
• Hotfix (2022-11-04): Fixed an issue that caused Recompense to not function with the [Ultimate Sacrifice] PvP talent.
