Recuperate is a Rogue ability learned at level 16. Notably, it is the first and only healing class-ability available to Rogues. Its powerful healing potential makes it useful for a number of situations, both in PvE and PvP. In the former it is often what gives Rogues the ability to solo things. The graphical effect of Recuperate looks like a lot of small red sparks or lightnings around the Rogue.

  • Legion Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed. Replaced by Ability rogue crimsonvial [Crimson Vial].
  • Warlords of Draenor Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Now heals for 5% of maximum health per tick (up from 3%).
    This change never actually made it to live.
  • Mists of Pandaria Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now restores 4% of maximum health every 3 seconds, up from 3%.
