The Refinery.
The Refinery[34.9, 24.8] (also called Oil Refinery in some achievements) can be found just to the west of the Horde Keep on the northwest corner of the Isle of Conquest. The capture flag of the oil refinery is on top of its derrick.
The faction that possesses the refinery is rewarded with bonus honor, additional reinforcements, and a +15% bonus to siege damage.
