Refugee Children are blood elf, draenei, human, and orc girls located in the Lower City in Shattrath. Most of them are located in and around the orphanage, where one of them coos over the orphanage's babies. Another group of three Refugee Children are standing in a tent in the northern part of the Lower City[64, 27.5] and periodically go on a walk west to the Skettis Outcasts' quarters before heading back; the trip partially overlaps with one taken by a trio of male Refugee Kids, whose behavior the girls make fun of.

Orphanage[]
One of the Refugee Children in the orphanage walks back and forth between several of the babies in cradles, frequently saying one of the following:
- Aww...
- Awww.... Hello little baby!
- How adorable!
- I don't remember ever being this small.
- Sooooo cute!!!
- They are so tiny.
- What big eyes you have!
Northern Lower City[]
The three Children in the northern Lower City start their walk by stopping next to an underpass[61.16, 24.7] to look over at a nearby Sporeling Refugee, at which point one of them says one of the following:
- I wonder why the sporelings live under the bridge?
- Mom says not to feed the sporelings after midnight.
- Sporelings have pretty colors.
Next, they stop in front of the Infirmary.[61.3, 17.5]
- I wonder how Seth's mom is doing?
- Nurse Mildred is real nice, she took care of my dad when he was hurt.
- Sha'nir said that I can help her when I get older.
Next, they head west and stop on the side of the road[56.7, 18.9] to look over at a hiding spot under a bridge used by the Refugee Kids during their walk.
- The boys like to hide here. I think they are afraid to actually climb the bridge.
- The dumb boys think this is a good hiding place.
Next, they head west and stop next to a pack of Rats in front of Araac's tent.[47.7, 18.8]
- I love their little whiskers!
- There are so many cute, little rats!
- Those smelly boys love scaring the poor, cute, little rats.
Next, they head back east and stop to look at a nest of eggs, including a hatched one, in Rilak's tent.[53.3, 21.5]
- A baby arakkoa must be the cutest thing ever!
- I want to see the baby!
- I wonder where the baby is?
- Look, one of the eggs hatched!
They then walk back to their starting point, where they stay for a few minutes before taking another walk.
