Rei Lun is a cloud serpent located in the Hall of the Serpent within Guo-Lai Halls in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. It only appears during 
[50] Assault: The Warring Clans.
Abilities[]
Crystal Breath — Inflicts Fire damage to all enemies in front of the caster.- Crystal Growth — Tiny crystals embed in you and start to grow, inflicting Frost damage every 1 sec. This effect stacks. At 10 application, Crystal Growth becomes Crystalline, stunning you for 10 sec. Moving removes stacks[sic]
- Crystalline — Crystals have completely encompassed your body, stunning you for 10 sec.
- Sweeping Winds — Sends out forceful winds in all directions, inflicting Physical damage to all nearby enemies.
- Unstable Lazuli — Summons series of Unstable Lazuli crystals, which explode after a few seconds, inflicting Frost damage to all nearby enemies.
