Valiance.
Reins of Valiance is the steed used by Thane Korth'azz, and getting Valiance to accept the player as its' rider requires multiple steps.

Players must first unlock access to original Scholomance by earning the 
[Memory of Scholomance] achievement. Then they must unlock the secrets of Naxxramas by earning the 
[Wards of the Dread Citadel] achievement. After that, they must craft a 
[Makeshift Grappling Hook] from an 
[Abomination's Chain], a 
[Construct's Hook], and 
[Faerlina's Sewing Kit], all found inside Naxxramas.
Once all of that is done, clear to Thaddius in the Construct Quarter and grapple up to the rafters to find Zackett Skullsmash to accept (and complete!) his 
[1-70] Inconvenience Fee quest.
In the 10-player version of Naxxramas with Instructor Razuvious still alive, purchase a 
[Rotten Delicious] from Zackett for 30x 
[Death's Bargaining Chip]. Head to Valiance's stall at [50, 24] at the north end of the lower level of the Military Quarter and slowly walk up to Valiance while trying to use the Rotten Delicious.

After using the apple, head to Razuvious's arena at [43, 40] and interact with an Obedience Crystal to mind control one of the Death Knight Understudies. Run the add to Valiance and let it mount the steed, then run the mounted understudy back to Razuvious and break the mind control by right-clicking the pet portrait and choosing "Dismiss".
Defeat the add, then Razuvious, who will drop the reins.
Mount journal[]
Most undead steeds have their riders chosen for them. Valiance, on the other hand, chooses its own rider.
