The Reins of the Night saber are not available. They would have summoned a Panther mount with the same appearance as the Black Nightsaber.
This item may have been used during World of Warcraft alpha testing, since it's highly similar to and has an ID in the same range as other alpha saber items, such as the 
[Reins of the Leopard].
