Relentless was a level 20 PvP talent available to all classes and specializations.

Patch changes

• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Removed. Replaced by "Relentless Brooch" PvP trinkets.
  
• Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17):
  • No longer stacks with similar effects, such as [Hardiness].
  • Now a level 20 PvP talent (was a rank 31 honor talent).
    
• Hotfix (2016-10-26): Relentless reduces crowd control duration by 20% (was 25%).
  

Developers Notes: We feel Relentless is over-represented in a lot of situations, so we're slightly reducing its effect.
