Reliquary Restoration is awarded to players who complete all twenty relics for Archivist Roh-Suir at Keeper's Respite in Korthia. Most of the relics are gated behind standing with the Archivists' Codex reputation faction. This achievement is required for the meta:  [Breaking the Chains].
