Repeat Decree is a conduit for demon hunters. It drops from the following bosses:
- Nalthor the Rimebinder in the Necrotic Wake
- Sire Denathrius in Castle Nathria
- The Prototype Pantheon in the Sepulcher of the First Ones
- Valinor in Bastion
- Mortanis in Maldraxxus
- Oranomonos the Everbranching in Ardenweald
- Nurgash Muckformed in Revendreth.
An ilvl 145 version is also rewarded from 
[60] Strengthen the Bond.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
