Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
Hotfix (2011-12-06): Kill Command should now always consume the Resistance is Futile! buff, regardless of whether the target has Hunter's Mark or not.
Patch 4.3.0 (2011-11-29): Now activated by targets affected by Marked for Death.
