Resolute Barrier is a conduit for warlocks. It drops from Lady Inerva Darkvein in Castle Nathria, So'azmi in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market, and the Jailer in the Sepulcher of the First Ones.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
Patch changes[]
Hotfix (2021-02-01): Fixed an issue where Resolute Barrier's effect could be placed on cooldown when the Warlock took damage lower than 5% of their maximum health.
