Resource Glut is a player vs. player achievement earned for winning Isle of Conquest while your team controls the Quarry and the Oil Refinery.
This achievement is not part of the Isle of Conquest meta-achievement. However, Mine, which requires the winning side to control all 5 capturable locations is.
