Hotfix (2022-11-28): Fixed an issue with the tooltip of Restless Blades which incorrectly had [Sepsis] listed as an affected ability.
Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now also affects Keep it Rolling. Now a row 4 Outlaw talent (was a level 41 Outlaw ability).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now causes finishing moves to also reduce the remaining cooldown of [Roll the Bones] and [Blade Flurry]. Now learned at level 41 (was 50).
Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Now affects [Blade Rush] and [Ghostly Strike]. No longer affects [Cannonball Barrage] or [Death from Above].
Patch 7.2.5 (2017-06-13): Restless Blades has returned. Now affects [Adrenaline Rush], [Between the Eyes], [Sprint], [Grappling Hook], Cannonball Barrage, [Killing Spree], [Marked for Death], Death from Above, and [Vanish] (was Adrenaline Rush, Killing Spree, [Redirect], [Shadow Blades], and Sprint). Cooldowns now reduced by 0.5 seconds per combo point (was 2 seconds).
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed. Effects merged into [Ruthlessness].
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now also reduces the cooldown of [Shadow Blades]. Now a level 50 Combat ability (was a Tier 6 Combat talent).
Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): Now also reduces the cooldown of [Redirect].
