Revelations is a Tier 5 Holy priest talent introduced in Patch 4.0.1 which transforms the Holy specialisation spell [Holy Word: Chastise] into a new spell based on your current Chakra state.

It should be noted that with Revelations talented, it will not be possible to use Holy Word: Chastise while in Chakra: Serenity or Chakra: Sanctuary. Priests concerned with PvP may therefore wish to consider whether or not to talent Revelations, balancing the vital stun and instant damage ability of [Holy Word: Chastise] against the enhanced healing power offered by the abilities above. Without Revelations, the priest will still be able to benefit from the healing buffs of Chakra: Serenity or Sanctuary, while retaining their Holy Word: Chastise ability should they need it. Revelations therefore adds a degree of commitment to Chakra: while the Chakra states themselves only improve various aspects of the priest's abilities, the Revelations talent offers a trade-off - dedicated healing power in exchange for reduced damage and crowd control abilities.
