Revival Catalyst Console
Reviving the Machine breadcrumbs players to the Revival Catalyst Console at Tyrhold, which allows players to convert non-tier loot into tier loot for the set bonus using account-wide 
[Catalyst Charges].

Description[]
Like all Titanic artifice, Tyrhold contains many wonders. Long ago, Keeper Tyr left behind a machine called the Revival Catalyst for the Aspects so that they could empower their forces should the need for battle arise. It holds great power.
As an ally of dragonkind, they offer the use of this machine to help you brave the trials that are to come. But first, you must seek it out. The catalyst is a great boon, and will provide a keen advantage against your foes should you make use of it.

Keeper Tyr knew that conflict would be inevitable. To aid his friends, he created the Revival Catalyst.
Its function is quite remarkable. Offer the catalyst one of the pieces of equipment you have acquired during your travels and it shall be imbued with the wisdom and might of Tyr himself. Imbue enough pieces and you may even find your skills revived in new and unique ways.
