Riggle Bassbait is the goblin who organizes the Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza, together with his mechanical help Fishbot 5000 and his assistant Jang in Booty Bay. Riggle is situated outside on a dock, so Bloodsail Buccaneers with flying mounts can reach him and turn in before the Booty Bay Bruisers finish them off.
