Ring of the Kirin Tor is a collections achievement earned for purchasing a  [Band of the Kirin Tor],  [Ring of the Kirin Tor],  [Loop of the Kirin Tor], or  [Signet of the Kirin Tor] from  Harold Winston.

Strategy

 Harold Winston sells these rings in the jewelcrafter's hut in Dalaran. They are prohibitively expensive without gaining exalted status with the Kirin Tor faction, though exalted status is not required for purchase. Rings cost 8500 each.
